These ancient style sculptural crescent moon stud earrings are carved and cast in sterling silver. Post style with push backs. Oxidized and rubbed back for a dark patina in recesses. An antique patina is added by oxidizing to darken, then rubbing back to highlight raised areas. Each pair is handcrafted by the artist, Miche McClendon, in her Laguna Beach studio/gallery. Signed with a tiny handmade custom crescent moon stamp on the backs.
