A natural fossilized sand dollar is bezel set in a sterling silver pendant with a twisted wire bail. A tiny constant reminder of the sea and it’s creatures, it hangs on a delicate sterling silver cable chain necklace with a shepherd hook clasp. An extender chain allows for the length to be adjusted. Signed with a handmade custom crescent moon stamp on a tag at the end. Each is hand fabricated individually and is unique. Created by Miche McClendon, in her Laguna Beach studio/gallery.
These sand dollars lived during the eocene period and are 40 million years old. Sand dollars are a symbol of personal growth, spiritual growth, transformation, prosperity, wealth, abundance and awakening.
